It would be really good if you could have different Workflow Items windows so you can separate the lists into different areas.
We use the grouping but as soon as you click on one and then go back you have to wait for the window to refresh again and open the group again. It would be good if you didn’t have to group them together but instead could have different windows to keep things in. Daily / Weekly / Monthly checks as an example. Would make this feature much better.

I use the ‘My Workflow’ widget on the control desk to achieve this. The widget allows you to just show one group.
I have three separate panels showing the three groups.
