Conditional Copy/Paste

When adding conditions to a (for example) Workflow Query, I wasn’t aware until the other day that there is a copy/paste function built in.

I had to add in over 450 x Post Codes to be highlighted (thankfully had only done 20 by the point I found out).

It would be nice if there was a copy/paste button or at least something telling you the functionality existed…..?

    For those interested in how….

    1) Go into your query/rule that you nee to add conditions into.
    2) Click the red “And” button in the top left of the condition window.
    3) Straight after, click in the White Space of the condition window.
    4) Ctrl + C (to copy to your clipboard).
    5) Paste into Notepad/Notepad++ or whatever
    6) Add in your new content using the template you have just pasted into Notepad.
    7) Once that’s done, go back into Conditions and just click in the Whitespace, and CTRL+V (Paste).

I’d have to ask if there’s some other way you can categorize / classify the 450x post codes and highlight them based on another level of condition!?
Even a custom column for ‘highlight postcode’ if you had to.

I don’t know if it’s applicable in this scenario, but I’m of the understanding that highlighting a custom column in this manner would provide better performance than and ‘or’ condition with 450x checks.
