We believe Business Metrics should have the ability to list customers who have no spend (£0) for that Class, Group, Supplier, Category, Product etc.
We can easily see in Business Metrics customers that have declined in spending, which is great, but what if the customer has never spent £0 – There does not seem to be anywhere to see this?
It would be very simple, maybe via a smart part & would give key business information on customers who are not buying those products.
(We are aware we can get this information elsewhere, but Business Metrics would be the obvious place for it to be viewed)
