It would be great to be able to add a note to multiple customers.
For example – if you have the same note you want to add to more than 1 customer record, rather than having to add them all individually.

We use selection messages for important notes on a customer. This will flash up each time the customer is selected. e.g. “Please ensure a PO number is recorded for this customer”.
You can then multiedit the selection message on multiple customers.
Not exactly what you asked for, but might do what you’re after.
